Our consultants are all highly capable and motivated professionals who have worked locally within the industry for many years. They would personally deal with all sales enquiries and viewings, which is a service that we are able to offer seven days a week.

Our Service
A client’s requirements are as unique as their home and we will be able to provide a bespoke service plan to ensure that we can always meet the requirements of our buyers, whilst exceeding the expectations of our sellers.
We are available from 8am to 8pm 7 days a week for viewings and valuations or general enquiries. We use modern communication tools like Whatsapp to provide immediate updates following viewings, as well as regular marketing reviews and contact calls during the sale progression to ensure that you are always kept up to date.
Our Marketing
We use professional photographers who specialise in architectural and lifestyle photography in order to showcase a property’s best features. Using elevated external pictures and magazine quality internal images will increase the level of attention that your home would receive online through a wide range of property portals, and social media channels.
Video has become a powerful tool in any marketeers tool box and now with many social media platforms favouring video content over still images, it has become increasingly important to showcase our homes outside of the traditional channels.
We advertise on Right Move, Zoopla and Prime Location in order to provide extensive online coverage to local, regional and international buyers, and sponsored social media content as well as localised direct mail marketing ensures that our homes are seen by the largest audience throughout the marketing campaign.
Our Fees
Since we don’t operate from an expensive high street location with excessive overheads, we are able to offer more value than most traditional estate agencies and invest a far greater proportion of your sales fee into the marketing of your home. We are possibly the only Estate Agents in Cheshire to publish our fee’s – charging a standard 1.00% plus VAT and a flexible fee structure that means should you be required to take an offer on the price that we have recommended our percentage would be reduced by the same proportion.
We will also never tie you into a minimum term contract and so should you feel that our service has not been on point, then you are free to cancel the contract at any time.
