Our Fees
We are possibly the only Estate Agents in Cheshire to publish our fee’s – charging a standard 1.00% plus VAT inclusive of all marketing costs. We will also never tie you into a minimum term contract and so should you feel that our service has not been on point, then you are free to cancel the contract at any time.
