Our Fees
We are possibly the only Estate Agents in Cheshire to publish our fee’s – charging a standard 1.00% plus VAT and a flexible fee structure that means should you be required to take an offer on the price that we have recommended our percentage would be reduced by the same proportion.
We will also never tie you into a minimum term contract and so should you feel that our service has not been on point, then you are free to cancel the contract at any time.
